1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LOT‑Squatch software, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use LOT‑Squatch according to your subscription tier. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, or modification of the software.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) use the software for any illegal purpose; (c) circumvent any security features; (d) share license keys; (e) remove any copyright notices.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

LOT‑Squatch IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBORAMA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LOT‑Squatch, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyborama, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of LOT‑Squatch; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third‑party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any content you submit; (e) your misuse of the software.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Birmingham, Alabama.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
